Meet the Team
Kristin Bartell
Lead Teacher
Kristin has her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and is a Registered Behavior Therapist. She loves the combination of inclusion play based learning with nature, whether that be learning naturally outdoors or brining the outdoors outside. She spends most of her leisure time with her husband and two daughters. They love camping in the U.P. or swimming/floating down the Muskegon River. If she has the opportunity for complete freedom, you will find her thrifting with a yummy cup of coffee!
Megan Tingle
MA, BCBA, LBA
Program Director
Megan has been in the behavior field for nine years, and really enjoys working with kids of all ages and abilities. Megan has a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, and a bachelor's degree in communication Disorders. She finds inclusion, play based, and child directed learning most interesting. Megan enjoys working on food tolerance and behaviors surrounding it. When she is not working you can find her spending time with her family, camping, enjoying the outdoors, or having a nice latte from a local coffee shop.

Ashley Gaarde
MA, BCBA, LBA

Ashley has been in the field of applied behavior analysis for eight years, and has worked across multiple settings including home, clinic and school-based learning. She loves watching others find their voice through AAC, vocal communication or sign language and working with families on generalization within the home and community environments. During her free time, she enjoys a good cup of coffee while going on a target run, and spending time with her family.
Bre Bretts
Office Coordinator
Bre primarily has an accounting background but has always loved being around kids. She is currently a full-time student working towards her degree in Human Resources. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her boyfriend and their three dachshunds, gardening in the summer, working on home projects, and spending time outside.
Hannah
Lead RBT
Hannah has been working in the behavior field for six years. Her favorite thing about ABA is watching each kiddo learn and grow in their own ways. She spends her free time with her husband and kids and enjoys being outside, going for walks, and fishing.
Sam
Behavior Technician
Sam has been working with kids for the last 11 years. Sam finds joy and excitement in helping kids grow and watching their personalities bloom. She enjoys crafting, thrifting, as well as going on walks, camping, being a cool aunt, and spending time with her husband and cats at home.
Jessica
Behavior Technician
Jess has been working in the behavioral field for the last six years. She loves watching the kiddos laugh, learn and grow their own personality. Jess has a unique personality herself, and brings fun to each session. She enjoys spending her free time with her offspring, husband and houseful of unique pets.
Jaila
Behavior Technician
Jaila has been working as a behavior technician for four years and is working towards her bachelor's degree in psychology. She spends most of her leisure time with her daughter. They enjoy playing outside and watching movies together.
Shelby
Behavior Technician
Shelby has been working as a behavioral technician for the last two years. Shelby has a passion for kids and teaching all things new. She enjoys coaching gymnastics and working in kids' ministry at church. Shelby spends her free time at the beach or hanging out with her family.
Angel
Behavior Technician
Angel has been working in the child education field for the last year. She loves working with children, it brings her joy to help shape young minds in some way or another. When not at work you can find her nose deep in a good book, thrifting with her best friend, camping with her family, fishing, or volunteering with local 4H
